Any quotes provided for steel manufacturing, fabrication, or delivery are subject to material availability, current steel market prices, and project complexity. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if project specifications change or if material costs fluctuate significantly beyond the quote validity period.
3. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, designs, and technical specifications provided on this website are the intellectual property of Bhullar Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.
4. Compliance & Standards
All steel products manufactured by Bhullar Group are designed to meet Australian Standards (AS/NZS). However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the chosen products and specifications meet the requirements of their specific structural engineering plans.

In no event shall Bhullar Group or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the use of our manufactured products in unapproved applications.
