Circular Piles

We manufacture circular precast piles from G250, G350& G450. Our offer wide range of wall thickness ranging from 16mm to 40mm. Diameters can range from 500mm through to 3000mm and material thicknesses range from 16mm to 40mm.

Circular Piles are produced with “full penetration” welds offering a superior strength.

• AS3678:2016 Steel Plate for Pile & the driving shoes
• AS3678:2016 Steel Plate for clutch bars to suit ESC EU series Sheet Piles
• AS1554.1 - SP Welding
• AS1579 – Pile Manufacture
• AS1710 – ultrasonic testing of carbon and low alloy steel plate

Independent Testing of each pile completed within a CNAS or NATA accredited laboratory to ensure conformance to AS3678 & AS1594
